Bill and Melinda Gates give $1Billion for contraceptives at U.K. summit, Nigeria to benefit

Thank God for people like Bill and Melinda Gates, we see genuine people who are rich using their money to affect Society, not amassing it for themselves, or greedily siphoning Nigeria’s wealth into individual pockets, the likes of Ibori and General Abacha and family who stole $4.3 billion dollars in a span of less than 5 years!.

With all our religious etiquette’s, fallacies and fundamentalists, we still remain one of the most corrupt country in the world, a country where till now we do not have the basic amenities such as water or electricity, yet time after time, we hear and see bank, corporate conglomerates and government elude Nigeria of what glory is due to her.

The summit’s efforts will result in 200,000 fewer women dying in pregnancy and childbirth, more than 110 million fewer unintended pregnancies and 50 million fewer abortions, according to the Gates Foundation.
